Villa a Sesta is an ancient and picturesque village at 417 metres above sea level; it is located along the S.P. 484, direction Castello of Brolio, and is based on farm economy.

Villa a Sesta dates back to 1500 years ago.

Although the renovation of the stone houses, the whole village has kept its original characteristics; Il Borgo Villa a Sesta and Casa Palei are parts of it.

A wide garden with two swimming pools between Casa Palei and Casa Max is at our guests' disposal; our guests can also enjoy a charming and striking view on the Valley of Chianti and on Siena.

The apartments of the "Borgo" are located in the heart of the village, behind the ancient Church of Santa Maria; in this church you can see the wooden statue representing Mother Mary and the Child ascribed to Jacopo della Quercia. image image image image image image image image image image image image image image image image image image image image	"Casa Palei", or just "Palei" from the name of the cantiniere of the farm Villa a Sesta, where a good Chianti Classico is still produced.
